  Versailles is gorgeous. It is quietly hidden behind cypress trees. The residence are a bit on the older side but that makes it for a nice place to live by the University. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is awesome. The rooms are giant and there is plenty of closet space. We just moved in and the house was renovated. New appliances and new counter tops in the kitchen and new carpeting throughout the rest of the apt. The only down side is that they are a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for.

  We were denied based on inaccurate information from reporting bureau. We put down deposit and had it cleared up within a week. We even spoke with reporting agency that advised us to have the complex call them if they required assurance that information in question was incorrect. They refused to call the reporting bureau and refunded our deposit. In other words, they had taken our disposit, but still sold apartment out for under us. After hearing of the nightmares with rent price escalations, it was probably a good thing.
