  Store charged my card 3 times and refused to refund or look into the matter. Clerk refused to give me manager information. He told me manager was unreachable.

  I love shell because I am a fuel rewards member, so I go to shell 99% of the time for gas. There are 2 locations closer to my home, one just a mile away, but they close early. So this location is just another 5 minutes away but I believe they're 24 hours so its very convenient. Plus its in a location near other stores and plazas so if I need to run other errands as well, I can just do it all right here. Employees have always been nice, too. Ive never had anything other than a pleasant experience here.
