  I Been living here for three years I Have Seen People Come and Go Most Because people are moving out of town. however this is a great place to live I Love the fact the Pool Have been upgraded and the residential grills are a nice touch the door to door trash pick up is awesome and if you miss it they have nearby dumpsters the staff is friendly nice clean apartments. Neighbors very nice. Gym and my favorite is easy route to shopping

  AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! My sister lives here and just gave birth two days ago. I drove all the way from New Hampshire to see the baby. I am also pregnant. When I arrived to the apartment complex my sister said I had to find a visitors parking space or my car would be towed. I drove around for over 30 minutes and all of the 10 (no exaggeration) were already taken. I had to park across the street by Target and walk across a mini freeway just to find parking. I am 7 months pregnant, mind you. Why anybody would live in Courthouse Square is beyond me. It’s impossible for residents to entertain let alone have occasional visitors. I would not recommend.
